About Us
Hello and welcome to the Villages at Westchester Homeowners Association website. Let us take
this opportunity to introduce you to the Board of Trustees and let you know a little bit about what
we do for you and our community.
The Trustee Board is made up of nine members and a President. Each Board Member serves a 3
year term and must be a resident of the Villages at Westchester.
Our current President is Steve Bowden. The Board Members are: John Henicheck -Vice
President, Jack Helton -Treasurer, Jim Bohnlein -Secretary, Randy Regoli, Rod McCloud, Jim
McAnaul, Rick Deeds, and Dr. Dan Konold. We currently have an open trustee position.
What Do We Do?
We develop and maintain a budget which is used to provide care and maintenance for the entry
features and common green spaces, pay for various utilities, coordinate with a property
management company (currently PSAM) on various plan approvals and uphold deed restrictions.
We understand that your home is probably the largest investment that you will ever make..it is for
all of us as well. The Homeowners Association Board strives to keep all of our property values
up be being diligent in maintaining its overall appeal.
